Why Ebony?

Traditionally, Ebony is always used for snooker cues for its long lasting quality, its natural black/brown color and the stiffness of the wood. Due to these qualities, it is mostly used for the butt section of the snooker cue. In addition, Ebony is also known for its sturdy quality, its natural weight, its colour and most importantly, it helps to create a well-balanced cue with the correct centre of gravity.

Payment information

In order to provide you the best possible payment solution, we decided to go with one of the most reliable online payment solutions, PayPal.  We understand that privacy and security are the main concerns of our customers, which is why we chose to use their services. If you are unsure about paying through PayPal, you can read PayPal's buyer protection policy, we are sure they can provide the peace of mind you need. 

Do I need a PayPal account to pay my purchases?

PayPal LogoNO.  This is a misconception a few clients have and its understandable.  Its not very obvious when you go into PayPal, but when you get to the PayPal payment landing screen, there is a link that takes you to payment without a PayPal account (see an example here).

Delivery Information

Deliveries within UK

For deliveries within UK, the cost are as follows:

  1. £9.50 per cue or cue case
  2. £7.50 per accessory when shipped alone (except for cues and cue cases)
    • This includes: extensions and chalk holders
  3. Each 1 (one) accessory can be paired with 1 (one) cue or cue case to share deliver cost
    • For example, 1 cue + 1 cue extension = £9.50

 NOTE: Please be aware that this price may be different from the checkout page, we may sometimes forget to update the delivery price here.  If that is the case, the price displayed at checkout is the correct price.

Deliveries outside UK (International deliveries)

For international deliveries (deliveries outside of UK), we have opted to provided an alternative service.

In order for us to serve our international clients with the best possible shipping rates, we have opted to source rates for you from different carriers. In order for us to provide this service, we've modified the checkout process for your benefit!

Instead, our checkout process is as follows:

  1. You first provide us with the shipping country and location
  2. We then source for you the THE LOWEST SHIPPING RATE we can get available for your country
  3. You will then recieve an email of the shipping cost for your order. A link will be provided with the continuation of the checkout process
  4. THATS IT! You now just need to complete the checkout and payment process and your well on your way to recieve your QUALITY, HAND-MADE CUES.


Not receiving our emails?

We are are aware that some email programs may filter our emails as junk mail. This isn't a bad thing as its used to protect your inbox from junk. Our emails may get filtered because your mailbox does not recognize our emails getting sent to you.

In order to fix this, you will need to make sure that any emails coming from 'sales@pariscues.com' are within your email applications safe sender list.
